I didn’t want to sing in front of everyone for my junior high music class final, so I asked if I could make a music video instead. They said yes. I chose REM’s “Stand” and attempted my first music video. I didn’t have any editing equipment or know-how in that department so this was a ton of head scratching at that juncture. I recruited my Mum for camera and my Aunt Mary helped me figure a way to tie our VCRs together with her tape player. I didn’t think I’d meet deadline but managed the night before. I didn’t have to perform in front of everyone and my teacher loved it. Awesome!
